Who we are

BidBuilders is a trading name of All One Planet Ltd (Company No. 11017373), registered office Blackhall Mill, Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, NE17 7LH. Registered in England and Wales. In these terms, "we" and "us" means All One Planet Ltd, and "you" means the organisation using BidBuilders and the person acting for it. Contact: grants@bidbuilders.co.uk.

What we provide

We interview you about your organisation and project, match you to suitable funders, and prepare a draft funding application for you to check and submit. Drafts are prepared with the help of AI and then read and edited by a person before they are sent to you. We don't submit applications on your behalf — you stay in control of what goes to a funder.

Your free first application

During our beta, your first funding application is free. We don't take card details for it and there's no obligation to continue. We offer a limited number of free trials each week so each one gets a proper review; if the week's places are taken, we'll tell you when the next one is available. The free first application is a beta offer and may end when beta ends.

The subscription

• Price: £49 per month, charged monthly in advance through Stripe. If you join during beta, this founder price stays the same for as long as you keep your subscription.
• What's included: one drafted funding application per month (grants up to about £20,000), matched funding suggestions, a human review of every draft, and one round of revisions. We aim to deliver your reviewed draft within 10 working days of receiving your completed intake.
• Unused months: an application you don't use in a month doesn't carry over, unless we agree otherwise by email.
• Price changes: we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any change to what you pay, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
• No commission: we never take a percentage of any grant you're awarded.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time by emailing grants@bidbuilders.co.uk. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We'll still finish any draft we've already started for that month.

Refunds

• If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and we haven't yet started work on a paid application, we'll refund that payment in full.
• If we don't deliver the draft for a month you've paid for, and that isn't because we were waiting on information from you, we'll refund that month.
• Otherwise, payments for months already started aren't refundable.

Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have by law.

Your part

• Give us accurate information. Our drafts are only as good as what you tell us.
• We never invent facts. Where we don't have something we need, the draft marks it as [TO CONFIRM: …]. It's your responsibility to fill in or remove every [TO CONFIRM] marker, and to check the whole application is true and accurate, before you submit it.
• Check the funder's own eligibility rules and deadlines. We check eligibility before drafting, but funders change their rules and have the final say.
• You're responsible for the application you submit to a funder.

No guarantee of funding

Funders make their own decisions, and many good applications are turned down because funds are limited. We can't and don't guarantee that any application will be successful, or that you'll receive any particular amount. The fee is for our drafting and review work, not for a funding result.

Ownership of your draft

Once we've delivered it, the draft application is yours to use, change and submit as you wish. The information you give us stays yours; we use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice.

Our liability

We'll provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We aren't liable for a funder's decision, for losses that come from information you gave us being wrong, or for indirect losses such as lost opportunities. Apart from that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

Ending the service

We may stop working with you if these terms are seriously broken — for example, if we're asked to include information we know to be false. If we end the service for any other reason, we'll refund any month you've paid for but not received.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll email subscribers about any significant change before it applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
